Front desk staff was very friendly. Room had a damp smell and booked for 4 adults and 1 child but room only had two beds. Little small for 5 people. Also the pool light that is supposed to be attached and built in wall was detached and just floating.

Very clean room, staff was helpful for check in. No staff at desk though for checkout so we checked out through the app. Breakfast was decent!

We stayed here for a weekend and were very disappointed. The tv and internet did not work ALL weekend. Repairs were supposed to be made on Saturday and it never happened. Complained to the front desk and they told me to call the manager on Monday regarding a reimbursement for the inconvenience. I called, left several messages and they never returned my call, or any portion of my money!

The cable didnt work the entire 2 day stay. The breakfast options were minimal and didn't taste very good. The water got cut off the morning we were trying to leave

& couldn't get in. Went back to front desk & the clerk said, yes, I could go to the pool w/my room key at 3:00 PM. Absolutely no customer service. Sat in lobby for about 40 minutes, exhausted from a 5:00 am flight. I heard the man's voice that I spoke to the previous day & went to the desk, told him how unhappy I was, He then said he could do a partial early check in fee. I was too unhappy to even listen. Told him he wasted my time & I couldn't even sit by the pool, then he said he would let me in the pool for free. Wow, too angry to go & left to meet friends. Later after checking in, I couldn't log on the WiFi. Confirmed the password/network. Still couldn't log on. I had to work. Desk clerk came to my room. She couldn't get it to work. Called the 800 number. That number said they didn't work wkends. It was Friday. Told clerk & he said not a hotel issue, it was an IT issue. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE TRIP & STAY. No CS.

The only good thing was the bad. The 24 front desk service is joke. The phone was answered one time. There were several messages sent to the property manager online. No response at all. There was no TV service at all during my stay. NO TV SERVICE IN MY ROOM. NO 24 HOYR FRONT DESK SERVICE. NO RESPONSES TO MESSAGE SENT TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. NEVER DTAYING THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

We had a few issues while at our stay here. We got locked out of our room for several hours because the card reader couldn't work, we couldn't be moved because the hotel was sold out. Someone dis come to repair it later in the eveing after checking in. The TV also didn't work during our stay and we were told there was nothing that could be done about it, because it was a connection issue for the whole hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and only consisted of scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice. When I asked if the eggs were gluten-free (because I know some powdered eggs contain wheat), the lady over the breakfast snapped at me and just scoffed saying "Doubt it." The numerous times we had to ask questions at the front desk about our broken card reader and TV, the front desk person would be away for long periods of time, or there would be a line of people waiting which would take 10-15 minutes to speak to someone.

The location was great. We had to wait to check in because the room wasn't cleaned. The room was filthy when we got in. The sofa bed we had to use looked like they took it from a homeless person. There were stains all over it. The mattress was stained everywhere. The bed sunk in the middle. It was a sad excuse for a sofa bed .

Property is old, and not the cleanest. Got double charged for the room. Expedia charged me for the night, plus incidental, even though i paid for the room via Expedia. Then refused a refund.
