SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix Goodyear

Our room was clean, spacious and was nicely air conditioned (it was 90 degrees outside at night). Husband had breakfast and enjoyed the food and coffee. Would definitely stay again when visiting. Parking was free, well lit and walkable to a few food options!

The staff were really helpful and kind, they made us feel welcome. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great as well! The gym is very small and very limited on dumbbell’s, there are no cables and only cardio machines. There is plenty of parking!

Very nice newer hotel. Accommodations were welcomed. The only hiccup was a non-working refrigerator. Once reported at checkout, the hotel desk agent promptly apologized & advised she would report the matter for maintenance.

Staff was never to be found at desk. Cleaning staff kept coming to our room way before checkout as if rushing us out. Told front desk and it was just brushed off. Pool was not very clean. Only plus is it's location. Won't go back

We had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice layout. The hotel offered easy access to the highway, making it convenient to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Drove in from California for the Grand Opening of the new Buc-ee’s Superstore. Perfectly quiet with an amazing bed that provided the deepest sleep when we were exhausted from fighting the crowds Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you for an amazing experience

What i liked was how the clean the room was plus the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was good and easy parking.

This hotel was incredible as a family with small kids. The room was so spacious, clean and set up so well. We needed a playpen after checking in pretty late at night, and I forgot to ask ahead of time. Emily at the front desk literally went above and beyond, tracking on down for us from the hotel next door! I was so impressed with the high level of customer service. As a travel agent, I’ll be recommending this location to anyone traveling to the Goodyear area!

Very clean . Great friendly customer service. Nice kept pool. Loved the outdoor space with fire pit. The breakfast was top notch and the staff taking care of the breakfast took pride in their work an it showed. Super clean and well stocked yummy breakfast ❤️❤️❤️

Very clean nice lobby, little difficult to get in the entrance from McDowell, but we managed

My granddaughters and I stayed one night so we could visit as I live out of the state. The girls are 8 & 10 years old. I chose this property because it had a pool, it was close to their home, it has a breakfast and we can watch movies together. All of the amenities was nice except we couldn’t get any premium channels as there wasn’t an internet connection. I called the desk 3 times and she said there wasn’t anyone on site for a maintenance call and she couldn’t switch us to a different room. She said on another call to the desk that all I had to do was click on Netflix, get the code, put it in and the internet would work. It did not. The next morning the desk sent the maintenance person up and after about a half hour he concluded with someone on the phone that the box to the tv needed upgrading. We only were able to watch regular TV but no fun movies as was part of the amenities. It was a disappointment that the person at the desk the night before couldn’t make sure we had been taken care of. She didn’t try to help us it seemed, we just had to accept the condition of no premium channels. Felt there was a lack of willingness and the room was not inexpensive.

We travel to Goodyear several times a year, and from now on? This will ALWAYS be our hotel of choice! Spotlessly clean! Quiet…even though it’s directly off the interstate! The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful area. Easy to park in a safe and very well lit lot. Thanks, Springhill! We will see you soon!

The staff was amazing and courteous. The air conditioner in the room was loud. The shower leaked water on the floor.
