There were only minor issues, such as a brief power cut and water stopping for about five minutes, but the staff immediately took it seriously. Honestly, nothing significant to worry about since it wasn’t their fault.

The rooms are clear and the breakfast is perfect. The staff members are nice and helpful. If you want to do anything before the check-in, you can leave your staff in the building

Location is excellent. Breakfast terrace was nice, however, food was average. English speaking staff. The lighting in the room was poor. Furniture was not in good condition, especially the mattresses were broken. The carpet was old and dusty.

Location was great! View of the balloons in the morning and a minute walk from everything. Beds were uncomfortable. One room didn’t have AC. Breakfast was ok. An odd smell in the bathroom potentially from work next door.

Great location in a quiet street. Breakfast was included which was really great quality and value. We had a few issues with paying upon arrival as the card machine kept declining but got there in the end. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout The accommodation was the cleanest - very dusty throughout the room and the bed sheets looked a bit iffy in places

The location is great, near the restaurants, bus stop at Goreme center, you can walk to Goreme peak easily to watch the Hot Air balloon in 15-20 minutes. A great value for money as Goreme becoming increasingly expensive (most expensive in Turkiye, compared to Istanbul, Pamukkale, Kusadasi). We really like the breakfast, very tasty bread, chips, fried eggplant, etc. It’s a humble breakfast but very tasty! The decor is quite traditional to my liking.
