The location was awesome, the drinks, the views from our room. A strange smell in the bathroom and jacuzzi
-
One concern was that the ventilation was linked to the lights. When the lights were off, the airflow stopped, making the room warm, so I couldn’t switch off the lights even when sleeping. That was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise, it was a decent stay.

The views, staff and animals. The bathroom could not accommodate someone who was tall. I saw ants on the floor. The shower was not very big and the shower doors were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre but could use and upgrade. The walk to the hotel was up a huge hill and difficult if someone has some disabilities. Some staff were cleaning above the floor of my balcony and a whole bunch of dirty water got splashed all over me from above. I would say this hotel is rated at a 7. I have been to cappadocia 3 times and this was my least favorite hotel. The hotel rooms need an upgrade.

The staff was so helpful and the view from the hotel is great

The location

The location The staff were making me feel uncomfortable because I have not chosen to do any sightseeing and other exploring tours with them. So they started the investigating with me and made me so uncomfortable and the location of the room was directly near the club so I couldn't sleep. They start from 11 PM till 2 AM so the sleep was not very good. Overall I would not recommend this hotel even to my enemies.

The location and view from the room was amazing. The cave style rooms was nice and comfortable to stay.
-
Pretty cool place, comfortable bed, amazing location. The room I was in was directly underneath their bar, which doesn’t stop playing music till 11, and the bar across the street at around 11:30. The room I was in minuscule holes in door throughout, so noise would transfer in.

Good location, friendly staff. Car Parking is far, but within walkable distance.
-
I accidentally brought a plug that wasn’t compatible with Turkish outlets, but they kindly lent me a suitable adapter for my entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Cappadocia.

Highly recommended. All the staff are very friendly and helped us with everything. The rooftop view is amazing. Breakfast is really, really good. 100% recommended.

We really enjoyed castle cave! We stayed in the double room with the balcony - the balcony had great views of the city. The rooftop terrace also had a nice view of the balloons. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! It’s in a good location, very lively part of town.

The location was perfect for viewing the hot air balloons. There were a few decks to choose from. Staying in a cave feels cool and a neat experience. Directly below the hotel are two restaurants. They play music all night, which we are used to when you stay in the city, be forewarned. One of the restaurants burned firewood in multiple open pits all evening which unfortunately smoked out our room. We could not leave our door to the balcony open. Daily cleaning was good however a deep clean is needed. There is a layer of dust months deep in our bathroom area. Hotel reception can arrange transportation but ends up pocketing half the fare and not paying the driver fairly.

Breakfast and view. Room, toilet, staff. My main reason for choosing this hotel was early check-in since my flight was early in the morning. Despite requesting for it, they didn't do anything to accommodate us. While we were waiting they did not even offer tea/coffee or even water. The furniture was old, mattress was uneven, the room had a constant bad smell, toilet was ugly and stinky. To top it off, there was no window in my room which created suffocation. In the evening smoke from a chimney outside the room entered the room to make it worse. Loud music from surrounding hotels made it difficult to sleep, although it was mentioned that the room was soundproof but there was nothing like that. I had to leave the door open to allow ventilation. On checkout there was no one to help with the bags. They should either reduce the price by 50% or refurbish the property. Not recommended for anyone.

The staff was humble and nice. Specially to Mustafa and Masood.

Great location. Awesome views, really short walk to all the restaurants. Friendliest staff ever. They made a point of making us feel welcome. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. I stayed in room 204. Top of the world with 270 degree views. Private balcony. Jacuzzi tub. Nothing

It was really comfy. Staff was so helpful. Location was perfect.

Good terrace to watch the sunset / sunrise. The room was not properly clean, with a lot of dust. Although they claim it is cleaned daily, in reality only the bed is made and the bath towels are replaced. Loud music plays all day until 11:30 pm, making it hard to relax. The bathroom is not separated from the rest of the room, which is quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is very basic and could definitely be improved.

The breakfast should start a bit earlier than 8.30. the location is beautiful, but not so easy to park if you have a car.

Located in the heart of Goreme. Walking distance to restaurants, ATM’s etc.. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Stunning rooftop view.
