From the moment we arrived, the staff and hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Breakfast was really good. The worst treatment I have ever received from a hotel manager (person responsible for the bookings). I booked the hotel because the price was lower than others (otherwise I had many better options to book specially with a better location). After booking the hotel room he reached out and informed me that I would have to pay an extra fee for the second person on the double room (which wasn’t detailed anywhere on my booking). The room wasn’t cancellable so I ended up having to pay which ended up being more expansive than better hotels. He was extremely rude and I do not recommend this hotel for this particular reason.

Exceptional

For fairness sake, I should say that this hotel has an excellent breakfast. The location and views from the hotel are excellent as well. No twin rooms. If you really don't care whether you are staying in a double or twin room, you can ignore this review. We were looking for a hotel definitely with twin rooms for our group of 8 people, as only women were accommodated in one room, they are not couples and can not sleep in one bed. When booking, the owners of the property confirmed that they have twin rooms available. Moreover, when 2 days before arrival I sent them the accommodation list with the names of the guests, where it was clearly stated that 3 twin rooms were needed, they confirmed the rooms again. In fact, when guests checked in, they made it seem like they didn't know anything about the twins and they can only accommodate in the double rooms. So if you require definitely twin rooms, look for another hotel! Horrible smell. One room of 4 had a terrible smell of some chemicals. The guests could not stay there, but there was no time for them to look for a new hotel in the evening and they were forced to stay there one night. The next day the hotel owner gave them another room, but all their stuff smelled of it.

The owner was so lovely and we were greeted so warmly. The rooms were large. We were in close walking distance to town and to walk up the hill in the morning to view the sunrise and balloons. Don't forget cash as you have to pay to walk up! Air con didn't work well in our room and bathroom fan was very noisy. A smell in the bedroom probably coming from the bathroom - seems to be an issue in most places in Turkey.

Great little hotel with everything important in its proximity. Lovely and kind homeowner and staff. Would absolutley recommend it.

Big breakfast with great view inside or outside from rooftop. Friendly staff. Big room with big furniture and bathroom. Close to centre. Easy parking. Rooftop sitting Room had no windows, but we knew beforehand.

Everything was perfect!

Hospitality and friendly staff. I was spoiled with the breakfast and its variety. But that’s how they do turkish breakfast. I wanted to experience it, and they delivered it. I booked a hot air balloon ride with the hotel at the last minute. I was not dissapointed neither by the price nor the tour! I would pay much more if I booked it in advance. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. My double room was clean and it came with all essentials- TV, WiFi, mini fridge, a kettle with tea, instant coffee, sugar and bottles of water. Towels, toiletries and even slippers were included in the price. There was sauna but I didn’t use it. The room had no window and no air- condition but it didn’t bother me as I was out all the time exploring Cappadoccia. I’m a solo traveller. The hotel is quite big with terrances. It is situated a 5-minute walk from the Bus Station of Goreme. There is a friendly dog to look after the property:)

Fantastic place for a great price. Clean and tidy with good aircon and comfortable bed. Close walk to town.

The location is perfect, and it is super safe and quiet. We had a lovely sauna and a big bathroom. Also, the terrace is great ? We didn't have a window and it was very dark.

This was the best accodation during my travel. Many kinds of food, all kind staffs, the nearest ptt atm, bus stops, restaurants and shopping Only boss can speak English.
