Goreme Inn Hotel +8 Adults Only

It was very clean and I can not stress enough how amazing the daytime reception is. He was absolutely incredible he said to come to him for anything and everything—I thought we were being ridiculous because my wife needed her eyelashes done and we had a language barrier. This man called the store for us and had them transport us to their shop themselves. He gave unfiltered advice about the area. I have stayed in many hotels over my life and hands down I have never received this much hospitality. My wife and I now have an inside joke even days after staying there when something comes up we need help with that we are going to call the reception of this hotel because he seriously was that helpful.

Small, friendly and convenient location

Really liked our room and had a private terrace, however it was right by reception. A couple nights it voices from lobby were very loud past 11pm. I understand people checking in, however it just sounded like two men talking loudly after a point.

Breakfast needed to be improve

Room was very big and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. Tried in advance to reserve tours and balloon ride but communication was not good and nothing was reserved before I arrived. Tour prices charged by hotel were higher than what I was able to see on agencies around town. The tour arranged was bad as it was half in English and half in Turkish, which was NOT advertised, so it was lacking in terms of information. Could not book the hot air balloon due to lack of cooperation from front desk. IF you stay in this hotel, please arrange your tours in other agencies and not from front desk.

Great location, within a short walking distance to everywhere. Restaurants, shops, ground transportations etc. the property itself is beautiful, and clean. There was a big infestation in one of our group members room. The hotel is aware that these bugs come when it’s cold outside to seek shelter. They could’ve moved our friends but lied and said there’s no availability but the room next door was empty. I could not for the life of me when they didn’t do the right thing and move them.

It is located near the town center. The rooftop was huge and has a good view and could have been better with some lights at night.

Highly recommended to stay when you were in Goreme, nice morning view as you can see the hot air balloon on the rooftop of hotel. They will offer you cheap price to experience the hot air balloon ride.

We are 3 adults and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location near the villa center with free parking and good breakfast included in the price were positive findings. But what I liked the most was the joy, friendly and positive attitude of the staff in general and mainly those at the front desk. Emhra helped us long before our arrival, and made arrangements for booking the ballon flight. Unfortunately, the ride was cancelled, and even though we had payed for it in advance, the company (with the supervision of Emrha) made the full refund in 3 days. I strongly recommend this hotel for all its comfort and facilities in general, but mainly for dealing with kind, professional and trustable people. My deepest thanks. Nothing

The hotel is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. The gardens and views from the terraces are particularly lovely and we were often tempted to spend more time in the hotel than in town. Also the breakfast spread was delicious with a wide selection of options.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious room and a friendly staff.. Everything was great.

We spent some amazing days there. The location of the hotel is super, close to the downtown, and you can walk also to the Love Valley to see the sunrise with the flying hot air balloons. The hosts (Emrah, Emre, and all others) are very friendly, they arrange all the programs you need. (Hot air balloon is unmissable. And the Turkish Night as well. Etc-etc.)

It was really pleasant stay and helpful staff especially Miriam and Su. They were really friendly and charming.

Best hotel that we spent one night for hot-air balloon riding. The manager speaks English very well. Provide a taxi driver that speaks English too. Easy to find. Good view.
