We arrived in Cappadocia excited to experience everything the region is known for, and staying at Kayatas Cave Suites made our visit even more memorable. If you’re looking for an authentic cave-stay experience, I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional, always happy to help with recommendations, transportation, and anything else we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to know one of the staff members through our daily conversations. His kindness, warmth, and genuine interest made us feel less like guests and more like friends. Another member of the team went above and beyond by booking us with a specific driver for our sunrise classic car experience. We quickly understood why. Our driver was also a professional photographer who knew exactly how to create the best experience. He stayed ahead of the crowds, chose the best locations, positioned the car perfectly for each shot, and captured beautiful photos of my niece—all without us ever having to ask. What could have been just another tourist activity became one of the highlights of our trip because of the thought and care that went into arranging it. Our cave room was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. It featured a jacuzzi bathtub, a large bathroom, a cozy sitting area, and a beautiful outdoor patio that made the experience even more enjoyable. It perfectly reflected the unique character of Cappadocia. Before we even arrived, I decided at the last minute to extend our stay by an extra day. Our original room had already been reserved for another guest, so we needed to move to a different room for our final night. The same staff member we had enjoyed talking with each day quietly arranged for us to check into our new room early without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture that spared us from waiting and reflected the genuine care and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. None

Location is perfect, Roman the manager is a great guy he helped us having late check out and was very friendly like a family member Air Condition facility should be installed

The hotel and the room were perfect, the views from the rooftop even more. It’s a few minutes walking from the city center making it easy to visit every place. The staff were kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Location, view, staff, cleanliness, service
-
Clean and friendly staff Quite an up hill stride from downtown. Internet was troublesome two of our three days stay.

Nice area around. They didn’t let you sit in the restaurant with the view if you don’t order from it even if you ate somewhere else and paid for this hotel. The plaster from the ceiling just falls down on you. Be prepared. It’s on your bed and everywhere in the room. The mold made me cough. Everything is very wet and humid in the caves. The beds are not very comfortable. And the construction next door ruined all the pictures and the view.

Breakfast had many options Novel room design with carved notch for bed Ac unit leaking large amount of water soaking the floor and rug. Room got very hot without the AC running

The balloon views are good. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is a nearby parking area ( general parking ). The mains streets are 5 to 10 min walking distance. Roof terrace is good. Breakfast is okay. The triple room i stayed is a bit old fashioned. Although it was not a cave ( which i knew while booking) the bathroom sewer smell was a bit uncomfortable. There is no AC. A pedestal fan was provided immediately. Please bear this in mind if you are visiting during summer.

The eagle-shaped bed frame takes up a lot of space in the room, and the sides are poorly designed—they might scratch your legs when you get out of bed. A more decent bed frame would avoid these issues.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect, especially being able to see the hot air balloons in the early morning. The hotel was also close to many restaurants, which made everything very convenient and extremely easy to decided on what we wanted to eat that day. The property itself was beautiful and had a lively atmosphere during the day, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and refreshing. N/A

Good Staff and Good Location. Staff try their best to take care of you with whatever they can Facilities are in a very poor condition. Rooms need serious maintenance and repairs. Dust and gypsum peeling off the walls constantly, walls absorb water due to poor humid absorption leading to bad odors. Extremely overpriced for what you are getting in return. Make sure you’ve the right expectations.

Close to the city center, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Room was of adequate size. Steep climb from city center. Bathroom had no towel rods. Sink was awkward.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has unbelievably decorated rooms! We enjoyed every minute at the hotel! Breakfast is a special time when you can forget about everything. It is incredibly delicious and offers a huge variety of meals!!!! The administrator was extremely friendly and even created a perfect route for us to visit the tourist attractions. And I want to say a huge thank you for the room with the jacuzzi — it saved us during those cold evenings.
