Nessa Cappadocia Hotel

The place is very peaceful and located on a hill, yet it's not too far from the main road. Rehmatullah, the manager and chief operator of the hotel, is very friendly and helpful in many things, including making reservations for Hot Air Balloon rides, Day Tours, and last minute reservation for Turkish Night Dinner. It has a carpet room where you can use for free. You need to go uphill and take the stairs to get in the room

The hotel engages in deceptive practices to exploit guests, such as failing to provide receipts and taking items from rooms without notice.

The hotel offered driver pickup at the airport which we accepted. The driver was shady as can be. He brought us to the hotel and said look at the room quickly and we will show you another property we own nearby and you can choose. He took us to the next town and proceeded to take our luggage out of the car. The room wasn’t sufficient for five people and didn’t have air conditioning in 100 degree heat. The provided us with fans and said not a single hotel in the area had AC, which was completely false.

Great staff, nice breakfast, the cave room was great! Our host was great too and helped us with everything. Thanks.

Hot air balloon Road

It was a laid back kind of property wherein you go and relax. So I booked their cave room with balcony and it was huge. We reached at 7am in the morning and when we reached the property there was no one till almost 8 barring their Blue eyed husky. Hotel is located 500-600 meters from the main market (down town) and managed by two Pakistani lads who made the stay memorable. I don’t think there was anything to dislike minus the nearby properties which block the view. please note it doesn’t have a clear view of the sunrise balloon rides.

location was very good. Staffs were very friendly. specially Mr.Rahmatullah was a very nice person. he organised Red tour for us, Hot Air Baloon, Jeep Safari in less prices than the other Travel agencies. Everything was nice.

Helpful, attentive staff. Allowed multiple date changes due to missed flight and other personal reasons. Beautiful views from the terrace and nice carpet room for photos.

Mr Rehnatullah (Manager ) was very good in making our stay comfortable and relaxing.. He is indeed very helpful and overwhelming person.. on the first the room we booked on first night we did not get that same room , instead we got a downgraded room . So the owner of the hotel didn't response to this at all as if he was least bothered ..

It was a great stay in Cappadocia. In a first place it was so amazing thanks to the hotel staff especially Mr Rehmatullah. He always said that he wants to make his guests fell at home and he truly did it. It was such a pleasure to talk with him. He always eagered to help in every issue just to make us content with our stay. The airport transfer, hot air baloon flight and atv were organised by Rehmatullah and all was arranged well. Room was lovely and breakfast was simple and nice. Also hotel has great terrace where you can enjoy view on the ballons at sunrise or have a drink in the evening. It is great place to make photos, you can use terrace or carpet room. All the photos that are in the description are true, all look the same in reality. The location is close to the bus stop and to all main attractions. So, once again special thanks to the staff and especially Mr Rehmatullah, you made our stay unforgettable. The Wi-Fi sometimes didn't work well inside the room.

Rahmet was so accomadating. Organised pickup and dropoff to the airport even when our flight was delayed. Organised all our trips for us. Helped us with any questions we had. Room was lovely and breakfast was simple and nice. Great location. So reasonable Nothing.

Their awesome cave rooms are the perfect place to stay while exploring Cappadocia. They had the comfiest bedding and towels during my whole Turkey trip. The bathroom was gigantic, their staff was eager to help, and they had a gorgeous and highly Instagrammable deck, gazebo, and carpet room. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for adults and families with older kids. They didn't have a crib, which made sleeping while sharing a room with my toddler almost impossible. They were a little pushy about booking your activities through them. There wasn't a curtain over the interior door to the bedroom, so it was too bright in the morning. Their airport transfer vehicle didn't have functioning seatbelts. There wasn't a shower curtain or a barrier to keep the water in the shower, so the bathroom floor got very wet and slippery.

The location and food was very good. The reception was very pushy about selling sightseeing tickets.

Amazing service, the staff was very nice! The place clean, good location and the breakfast was good. Extremely good value for the money we spent! The view from the rooftop is outstanding. The only thing I can say is that we like eating something sweet for breakfast but we did not have many options
