Overall the place was great for staying. The staff was friendly.
-
The only thing was our window was broke so it took us awhile to close it
-
The property has not been updated at all… I mentioned last month that the eggs at the breakfast buffet was Cold..: It was cold again!!! Eat off site for more reasonable in price and quality…

My problem is with the Wi-Fi. It worked enough for me to look at news through the Guardian app but I and all members of my family were unable to watch any video apps like Netflix, Prime or YouTube. The wifi signal was poor and in 2026 that is unacceptable.

We stayed at T & C w 2 grandkids ages 6 & 10 in August. They enjoyed the indoor heated pool, hot tub and game room. The pool area is very warm making it super uncomfortable if you're trying to supervise your kids while dressed. The room was clean and comfortable but should have enough bath towels to accommodate 4 people not just 2. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner during our 2 night stay. The menu offered both good kid and adult selections. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs outside before dinner but was disappointed on the 2nd night when they weren't returned to their spots after mowing. This was our 2nd year staying at T & C as it's both picturesque and close enough to Santa's Village.

Everyone we encountered was very helpful, check in was super easy!

Great value for the money

In the room above our ground floor the people jumped & ran in rm till 2 am. Very disturbing

The room was spacious, the pool and hot tub were very clean ! Check in with the office was quick and easy . We had a room in the back so it was a little noisy and we were only given 1 package of regular coffee. Rest was decaf but we could have easily called the office and remedied the problem . We would definitely stay here again .

I have stayed here many times, and have generally been satisfied. It is pretty basic but met my needs, with no frills. This time, however, the first floor room was adjacent to the pool, smelled musty, and the noise from the pool area and hall foot traffic was intrusive. We could hear conversations clearly from outside the room. The patio area immediately outside the parking area door entrance was dirty with cigarette butts on the ground. The A/C and bathroom fans were loud and the A/C blew air directly at the bed, with no ability to deflect sufficiently away from the bed.

Overall room was good, clean, the shampoo you have has, to me, an obnoxious smell, I could tell at the staff meeting who had used it that day :)
