Very nice was as expected and a good value.

Estuvo regular el cuarto

i don't think the room floor had been swept in a very long time. I had to wipe off my feet each time I got into bed or put on my socks and shoes. Our bed was never made. We would not stay there again.

The room was clean. Because there were two of us, I expected two sets of towels, but there was only one.

The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean the beds were comfortable,BUT the bathroom was a sad mess, the tube, shower area needs much repair and up grading. Rust on tub trim, tub pealing a strange finish, some black mold along trim. The bathroom in 317 needs help!

Well Satified with overall Stay

The wife made reservations a month in advance, and requested an ADA room, on the first floor, with two queen beds. The wife was told they didn’t have an ADA on the first floor, only on the second floor, but they don’t have an elevator. But they did have a room on the first floor with a king bed. We took this room because the wife has major difficulty with stairs. The breakfast area was unacceptable, their entire menu consisted of one (1) sandwich, the seating area was equivalent to 6 picknick tables next to each other. They also claimed there was a coffee pot in the room, but we couldn’t find it!

The exterior of the buildings looks a little “tired” HOWEVER the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the included breakfast was well stocked. We were surprised by the free fountain soda in the lobby available 24hrs. I’ve never seen that. I would definitely stay here again!

Maybe start breakfast a little earlier. I had to leave along with a few other guys who had to miss out on breakfast just because we left a half hour too soon

Location was ok for the price.Breakfast was ok for the way you display it . Breakfast with bacon

Lousy cold Food. Room floor goes rug. Stick floor.

The bedding was white and immaculate and clean. They felt great with the exception of what seemed like half-sized pillows.4 per bed. But the floors were grungy, and dirty. The bathroom tub was apparently not cleaned for a long time. Filmy with residue and dark with dirt. I needed a bath but could only take a shower.they need to be introduced to mops and Mr. Clean sponges!and they need to wipe all surfaces with a soapy rag! The manager promised my husband to get the floors cleaned on day two so we ‘d stay the second night. They cleaned the floors only.

We experienced an easy check in and friendly staff. The room was clean and beds are super comfortable. Complimentary bfast was minimal with breakfast microwavable sandwiches of sausage/egg/cheese/bagel or sausage/egg/pancakes. This was to a wonderful supply of coffee and juices.

The price was good nightly. The property could use some TLC, our room was clean except for the shower it looked dirty and the shower curtain was stain. We didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment on that.

The bed was OK. I was assigned to a 2nd floor room (w/NO ELEVATOR). I told the mgr I was 70, had a lge suitcase & bad knees, & needed a 1st floor room. He told they couldn't swap me into a different room because 'they were ALMOST booked up'. He then started to cancel my reservation 'because I wouldn't be happy w/my room' without l asking me if that's what I wanted him to do. I left my suitcase in my car & only took my toiletries & a clean top/shorts to the room. When I went to bed, I tried to turn the AC temp down, but the room wouldn't cool down. I tried turning the temp down to 64 (& later down to 61) with the fan set on 'high'. It should've been freezing in there, but the room never cooled down. When I woke up at 5:15AM, I still couldn't get back to sleep bcs the room was still too warm, so I just packed up & left. While packing, I saw the manager had a 'flier' in my room saying to contact him 'if I couldn't rate my stay as a 9 out of 10'. Since I'd already tried when I 1st checked in (& almost lost my reservation), it wouldn't have changed the overall results. BUT TRAVELERS SHOULD STILL KNOW THESE FACTS BEFORE DECIDING WHETHER TO STAY AT THIS BEST(?) WESTERN - I certainly never will again.
