Super 8 by Wyndham Goshen

There was no remote for the TV. The staff was not able to provide a remote. They did not offer to put me in another room or change TVs. The breakfast was nearly non existent. Waffle machine, coffee and raisin bran...that's it. The room was the least expensive in Goshen and for that reason it was OK. But that's about it.

I need a room for 5 and they didn’t have one, my son slept on the floor

Staff was friendly. I did, however, have to request fresh towels on 2 days because no one cleaned my room. My room and public areas smelled clean and fresh. Most importantly, It was very quiet and bed was comfortable.

I asked for handicamp accessible and there was no problems Management was very helpful and nice Room was great Breakfast was minimal Waffles and cereal but for the price it was enough Good coffee also Will be back when we are in the area

Property is easy to get to. Close to Walmart and Aldi and several places for food. Also within just a few miles of downtown activities! Room and lobby were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful! Will absolutely stay here again!

Vending machine to expensive carpenter nasty

It was clean but definitely shows its age. Check in was easy.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while waiting for the birth of my grandchild a couple weeks ago. The room was SUPER clean, the staff were all VERY friendly and helpful, the hotel was very quiet as well. The location is fantastic. It’s close to Walmart and Aldi, and also close to several places for food, and it’s within only a few miles to the downtown area. I would absolutely stay again. In fact my parents are staying in the coming days as well, on my recommendation. This was a great experience!

EVERYTHING WAS WORKING NORMAL, CLEAN

Facility was an older one but still a good value.

The staff was friendly and room was clean and bed comfortable. But facility is old and in need of renovation. Lots of little signs of damage. Small things like knobs missing from cabinets and cracked hinge on toilet seat.

Well the room was better than the last time I stay there . I actually got the room I paid for this time .

The hot tub in the room was missing the hot water handle and the stopper didn't work. There was missing tile in the bathroom as well as huge water stains on the ceiling. The morning staff at the front desk was to engaged with her phone to pay attention to anything else.

There was nothing good about our experience. This whole experience was horrible. After driving over 600 miles, across several states, we show up in the parking lot to a chain-locked hotel. When we called, we were told that the hotel was shut down due to a fire. We were left stranded with no prior notification. We happened to find another hotel not too far away that told us the fire happened months ago. So disappointed that this hotel was taking bookings when they weren't even open for business.

Was trying his best But the place is in dire need of updating and remodeling.
