B&B HOTEL Goussainville CDG

I arrived at 22:30 to the hotel to check in and the found out that door of my room was open. I made to much efforts to close it as there was a problem. I called the number which was in the confirmation and texted via booking but no one wrote or called me. At the end with 10 min of efforts i closed the door and slept. I think the primary thing which is the security was missing..

A simple and adequate room for a night sleep. Quiet and clean. Good breakfast. The area is somewhat rough.

We really liked the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to check in and out. The lady at reception offered us coffee before we left as the breakfast had just closed and helped me find string tape to fix my broken suitcase!! Breakfast was also decent. Everything we ate was very tasty and filing Everything was great!

The place was good. The quality of the room was great. The hotel receptionist was very kind, very helpful as much although she could not speak English, which was disappointing because understanding each other was a nightmare, She was really good at her work, she is very respectful. Made efforts to make sure that despite the language barrier, i enjoyed my stay I didn't like the check-in process, where I was requested to give out a physical credit card at the reception to put a hold on 100Euros. That was never mentioned during the booking that I would be expected to provide a physical card. I have all my cards on my phone, which was an inconvenience. Even after my hotel was fully paid before arrival, i was asked to swipe my card to pay for tax, which was less than 5 euros. I expect all those matters to be transparent on the website or booking page. I also didn't like the location. When I booked, i thought it was close to the airport, but hell no, i was mistaken. From my experience, I felt the place was in the middle of nowhere. But there are great restaurants and they make good croissants at the hotel.

Its located far and isolated place, so its good for peace loving folks. food chains live Mcd, KFC are nearby and also supermarkets and bus stops are less than 1KM away. Automated Checkin, it was challenging with limited info, however was able to checkin. Rooms are very small and far from airport, due to this aspect I feel its not value for money. its expensive.

Location was perfect for us, the fact that they take dogs was appreciated. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities was just what we needed. Breakfast was simple but very good. Bad Mould on the walls of the bedroom. Grass area covered in dogs poo (why can people not collect their own pets poo!?), disgusting.

Easy hotel, cleaned, modern bathroom, large car parking, and a nice all you can eat restaurant 1 minute far from the hotels. Perfect hotel for people in transit to Paris.

Break fast was ok, the area is supposed to be closed to the airport but taxis charge 40 to 65€ just to get to the airport and back! That's more than a €100 to and from airport There should be 24hrs reception
