Good wasn’t great and no ability to book à la carte even though any time I pass by them there are empty tables.

There needs to be more pool chairs and better pool service for drinks.

The service of the staff was absolutely amazing. There are truly rare hotels with such a good service. All crew members always willing to help at any cost.

Gorgeous location and our bungalow upgrade was wonderful Bit of a faff booking the restaurants. The only way to get a table was to stay up and book bang on midnight when the reservations opened. Not really what I want to be doing on a relaxing holiday. Surely there’s a better way!

The resort claims to be all inclusive 24 hours a day but the kitchen closed at 10 pm breakfast closed at 11 am .the hotel said they were short staffed and could not offer food. We were told the you have to make reservations for restaurants 24 hours in advance but every time we call notthing was available to seat us

Great food and various water fun options. Unfortunately some staff members aren't up to standard and sadly flower decorations are just left to die with rotten water.

The food was terrific, especially at the World Cafe and Yiayia restaurant. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the pools were clean and had excellent poolside service, and the atmosphere and location were outstanding. It's hard to control, but the wasps were disturbing, the rooms could have been cleaner, and they could have done a better job on the grounds (the grass).

Unfortunately, we had a few disappointing experiences. One of our family members was refused access to their room because the hotel claimed the booking charge was different from what they expected, even though it was identical to mine through Booking. This caused unnecessary stress. In addition, there was a 3-hour water outage during our stay. While we later learned this is a common issue in Corfu during the summer, I would have expected the hotel to provide some sort of backup solution for such a known problem. At peak times there was also no hot water, which made things uncomfortable. Finally, it was extremely difficult to book a table in the restaurants, as they seemed to always be fully booked, which limited our dining options at the hotel

The staff is so kind, the room is beautiful and clean The food is so good and the cocktails are yummy Truly recommend They made our vacation more personal giving small gifts to the room like local honey and jam. Also made our room for our honeymoon celebration with balloons and champagne! Nothing! Everyone and everything was perfect

The staff was impeccable, many varieties of food: for all tastes, even for babies, drinks were as well included. There are 3 pools, no crowds, one has an incredible view over the Gulf. The resort itself is very quietly, you can hear the birds singing, grass and flowers everywhere, there are even some friendly ducks around. We went in the last week of September with our 16 months son, who seemed to enjoyed there as well, he loved the pool and the kids playground. Overall, I felt like I was in exotic destination. Nothing

Everything regarding Dreams was 10/10. From the moment we arrived to the leaving the staff/service brilliant, always present and with a smile. The hotel is perfectly situated with an amazing view of the sea whilst also being 20 minutes from Corfu town and also local shops nearby. The food is some of the best we have had on European all inclusive trip with choices from 5 restaurant all serving a different menu. Rooms are clean, spacious and again we had the garden view which looked out to the sea. Nothing everything was perfect.
