We started with low expectation because of low score on booking but it was a big pleasent surprise when we arrived.
-
In the middle of the centre and shopping street From outside it looks like a luxery property when inside it is outdated.
-
Close to the beach. Proper pool. Nice bar and staff Very close to the street. Close to the beach but no beach view

1) staff has no enough knowledge to help when needed 2) when come early they had rooms they want you wait to time. one of 50 let you earlier check in may ask you pay some think which is also okay better than wait The same ad check out

I really likeed the staff and the breakfast was satisfying. We really enjoyed the bar next to the pool. The pool was surprisingly small but it was fine

- Most staff were friendly - The location is great - good for getting the bus to all over Corfu and it’s quiet despite it being a busy area - When we ate in the restaurant the food was very filling and yummy I stayed at this hotel for a week and I was really disappointed. The photos advertised do not reflect the room I got at all. I stayed in a room for a single person and it looked unfinished; paint swatches on the walls, door frame broken, skirting board pulled off, toilet leaking (which I can only assume was the source of the sewage smell), bath stained with I don’t know what, the shower head and tap filled with limescale and grime and no plug for the bath. My door would not lock from the inside and when I brought this up with reception the man laughed at me and said no one else has a key card except me (though staff obviously have one and as a solo female traveller I wanted to feel secure). That brings me to the food. For the first few days the breakfast and dinner was a buffet style and all “hot” food was cold. It was also not traditional Greek food or labelled at all. The last few nights the guests were out in the restaurant attached to the hotel, I am unsure why this was but I was relieved and the food was so much better and very filling. This is what gave an extra star…. I have attached images of some of the areas mentioned. I cannot believe this is a “four star hotel” unless I just got unlucky with my room and others had a drastically different experience.

Location. Swimming pool. Upon arrival, the receptionist showed us to our room, but did not offer to help with the two suitcases I was dragging. The room safe did not work. Only two thin pillows for a double bed. Had to ask for additional pillows to be provided. Occasionally, after shutting the room door on my way out, it did not lock. When returning to the room to use the toilet, the cleaning staff left and did not return to finish cleaning the room. There were neither sink nor bath plugs in the bathroom. The gym, spa, wellness centre was closed. Reception, restaurant and bar seem to operate as separate entities. It was not possible to charge food & drink to the room, which had been paid in advance. Bar charges were paid at the bar, restaurant charges paid at the restaurant. The bar closed at 11pm, the earliest in the area.

The price Very basic. Bathroom could have been cleaner, the room next door weee awake all night talking. Some staff members were very unhelpful. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at a hotel.

Breakfast was ok The room was nothing like the pictures shown on booking, far inferior actually. There is a huge problem with the seuer facilities in the area in general , the smell in the room was horrible and intense, it literally smelled like someone took a shit under the bed. The smell was coming from the toilet which we had to keep the door shut and not to use it in order to avoid pucking at each other. Horrible experience overall, we stayed for only one night anf we left the place running
