The location was perfect for me and my babies. We had beautiful beach view and surrounding area. We were able to walk to the mall and appreciate the beauty of the city. Nothing

The room was so clean and the bathroom, we also enjoyed to ocean view. I didn’t like their tv quality, it’s so back dated we need smart tv’s and also the breakfast wasn’t very nice especially the lamb livers and the kidneys we didn’t enjoy breakfast.

The excellent location and view on the ocean. The ventilation system is very noisy in the room even with off aircon. The service at the restaurant is extremlyslow and you wait long for apparently no reason even when it's empty The lifts are only two and sometimes you need to sit and wait 20 minutes to get the next one free.

Variety of choices

Breakfast was awesome. It was too hot, and the A/C was not functional. I slept with the window opened and the noise from the beach was uncomfortable. Electricity keeps going off, and could not charge properly. My house was more comfortable in that regard. The swimming pool is too small.

Oh! On the day of arrival when we checked in there was a bit of delay we were told our rooms were not yet ready, we were a bit uncomfortable seated at the reception for +/-45min to an hour.. ?Otherwise beside that, they have met my expectations and exceeded.

Firstly, we booked a sea view and then were given 1st floor to look thru and on roofs, despite me making sure that we would see the sea on check in... like why pay a R1000 more for this request and then see a roof? some excuse about aircons not working properly on the upper levels. The funny thing is that rooms are not ready when you check in but you expected to out by 11? we had to ask for tea and coffee and toilet paper more than once ... these are just basic? why would you give 2 milk and 2 coffee and tea. so if i have this in the morning and at night then after that?... we had to go collect this from reception and were given a few so i left it in the room and the next day after cleaning it was all gone. so, we purchased own milk after that. I would have assumed reception to say we will bring this to your room. The bathrooms props were not working properly. I just expected a bit more for 5 days and paid over R10000.00. Breakfast was ok with the fresh ingredients. seems like some of the items were just a reheated and reconstitute. Was nice to have finally some fresh pastries after the 4th day. Having a Mikes Kitchen on site was good and courtesy parking.

Everything, the food, staff and the room I like the fact that they allowed us to check in before time. They upgraded our room to a sea facing room without us asking Nothing
