Location Dirty room. Had a cockroach killed on the mirror

Extremely neat and comfortable. New linen and towels. Nothing really. Everything was on point!

Spacious rooms with beautiful interior. There was sufficient place where I could work. Tea and coffee was sufficient, however, i would have liked to see milk in stead of Cremora. The bathroom had a shower and a bath tub - although I prefer a shower - as it is way faster and saves water. Complimentary soap, shampoo, shower cap and hand cream provided each day. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, was quick with my evening meals and it was delicious. Ample parking for guests and a superb location for my business trips in PE. All good.

In room 3125 - The shower leaks - running nearly out the door and will wet the carpet, cause mould. We suspect the toilet also leaks as there was water at the bottom of the bowl and tile. It could be a different leak from shower. Needs to be checked. Rooms should have insect repellent as the mosquitos were radical 1st night till I bought raid. The position of the toilet - but I suppose there is nothing that can be done.

The room and hotel as ever was spotless and everything worked. Any complaints I have do not really detract but are to make clients aware. I am a frequent hotel person due to work and I know what I like and dont like, The hotel is perfect in nearly every way, however, the old fashioned NOISEY aircons need to be replaced. The menu at the resteraunt is limited so I do ten to eat out when I stay there. These are not meant to put people off, but with all the money spent on revamping, attention really should have been taken to the aircons, in summer the noise of the constant on and off of the compressor would be unbearable, Time to upgrade.

Rooms were clean and service spectacular

I have stayed in many hotels , but this one was the best from the lot. It was the most spacious with a variety of couches and it was so well styled. A real masterpiece, and a good feel aura Nothing major. Some pointers - replacement of Cremora with milk sachets in the rooms . Replacement of Aircons with a wall mount as the current one is loud and I am sure not energy efficient.

Lovely location with access to everything - staff all very friendly and helpful too. Great wifi and good safe parking.

Bathtub was stained, not appealing. Shower too small and water leaking from shower and toilet.
