Excellent location, close to Gramado city center. Big rooms with king beds, breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Excellent for families and kids, the hotel has many kids activities with monitors to entertain the little ones The hotel should offer free parking for guests, instead of charging for it.

Staff Restaurant Lobby Food Shower temperature was too hot. Room was old and needed refurbishment.

I really liked the hotel, the breakfast was really good, the beds were comfortable and they even give you a Farewell kit with water and cookies in it. I would stay here again for sure! Some parts of the hotel are in construction but is a minor detail, we didn´t mind.

The beautiful garden and fantastic breakfast. The dinner voucher is very cost effective. The only problem is difficult to communicate with English.
