Excellent staff, very helpful. Perfect location and amazing hotel overall! If we could stay longer, this would definitely be our choice. Looking forward to coming back! Nothing.

Spa staff was apparently on vacation, and yet there were pamphlets everywhere about the spa - obviously we only got to know they were on vacation once we asked about the times. Room service one night was simply closed for no reason. We didn’t have a bad stay, however our expectations were just not met for a hotel this caliber.
