There is a heated pool, a breakfast buffet, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet area of Gramado, away from the main streets and noise. The price of the hotel seemed high for two nights and didn’t accept payment with Pix when I was having trouble paying online with my card.

Breakfast was very good, room is clean. Didn't goto the pool, too cold. Not enough parking space, can hear everything that happens on the hall way. Elevator is small, and there is only one elevator.

Good room size (we got a room with three beds) and good breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet location although it’s close to downtown. Staff is friendly. The bathroom could use a remodel, it is funcional but not very pretty and becomes damp due to lack of ventilation. The breakfast becomes a bit boring after a couple days.

Superb breakfast, excellent staff, great location Thin walls allowed all the noises from the neighbouring rooms: needs improvement i9as it can be quite disturbing in some occasions.

the bed, linens and facilities the Wi-Fi was unstable and was unable most of the time we remained there

The toilet was clogged from the day before (as the staff said to us). We had a room upgrade because of it, but they shouldn't have placed us there in the first place.
