If you are in Gramado to enjoy the city and not the hotel, this should be a perfect match. The room is small with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The breakfast is good and the staff is amazing! The room had a slight musty smell when you get into it, but it gets better when you turn on the air-conditioning.

Very nice staff and service. The room with jacuzzi was amazing. Also the location is great, walking distance to the city center. Highly recommended! Everything was great. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Location/ Service Need to add more variety in the breakfast, because if you stay more than 4 days you can get a little tired with the same stuff. The breakfast was good but was the same every day.

Everything went well in our stay at Hotel Kaster, from the excellent reception until the last minute. The place is great and well-localized in downtown Gramado, the room was very clean, with a heater and air conditioner. The best part by far is the breakfast, one of the best that I've eaten from all the hotels I've ever been

Staff good, Breakfast great selection and all very fresh. Location is good as well. A hotel that can’t do laundry? No heating in the public rooms: people were eating breakfast in hats and coats. It was freezing. Poor soundproofing. Generally in need of a bit of updating.
