The Hotel was very conveniently located within walking distance of ExpoGramada where my conference was held. The breakfast was extensive and the bed was very comfortable. my room was cleaned everyday of my stay. It was also located conveniently to several restaurants within short walking distances from the Hotel. Language was a barrier as is usually the case in all of Brazil. However, using google translate, the hotel staff and I were able to communicate in English.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance to the centre of Gramado, where everything happens. The room was simple but clean - I stayed just one day, so wasn't able to enjoy the pool and garden area, but it looked nice. They were nice enough to let us keep the car in the parking for the rest of the day after we checked out. Not much to complain, there was nothing that exceeded my expectations, but it was fair enough.
