breakfast could improve. the vast majority of the pastries i tried were old and dry and the fruits aren't even peeled.

Amazing great quality for the price and the breakfast and food delicious! They should include a laundry service, I really needed it for a wedding but was impossible even with some laundry that they have partnership in the city

Some breakfast itens were cold instead of hot. There was a broken luggage support in the bedroom

Staff was friendly We got 2 rooms, one was really noisy (kitchen/restaurant/staff), it was very hard to sleep. The other one the light did not turned off totally, was a nightmare to fall asleep. The beds were good, also the location. The installations looks a little bit outdated.

Great rooms with new sheets, good mattress, heat and big windows. It wouldn’t be a claim, but the fireplace it wasn’t lighted in colder days.

Great location, easy to access, vallet parking during check in, help with lugguege, nice personal Door in the shower wouldn't close No water in the shower (neither hot nor cold) The bed was very uncomfortable Noise from the window from working ACs/thech area (felt like I was sleeping in a factory) I was charged fo a water-it turned out you have to pay for a drinking water in the room for an abusive price of 8R$ per small bottle. We were told its “it’s Brazil”, and it would be understandable if there were at least 1 complementary bottle as everywhere else:(

The breakfast is amazing, especially the pão de queijo and the orange juice. It is very noisy, as if the walls are paper thin. As soon as people start to wake up for breakfast at 6:30, you won’t be able to sleep anymore, because of the yelling in the corridors and doors slamming.
