Bedroom and location

Location is amazing! Less than ten minute walk from the Rua Coberta and all of Gramado’s best shops and restaurants. The room is big and super clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The price is reasonable and fair. I really don’t have anything bad to say.

The presence of guests with dogs caused disturbance throughout the night due to barking. Also, the swimming pool is very small and can only accommodate 3 to 4 people at a time. Also, the children's play area is very small and only for children under the age of five. As for breakfast, it is very poor and not befitting a five-star hotel. There is no coffee shop in the hotel lobby to serve guests. Also, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are narrow.

Breakfast staff are outstanding. Larissa and a girl from Nordeste which I can’t remember the name really made up our stay. We had a very bad situation where we found a receptionist making our room. Apparently they don’t have housekeeping service after 3pm so they send reception staff instead. Very disappointing and shows exploitation of their staff.

I had a positive experience with the staff, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel's location is convenient, and they offer valet parking at a reasonable price. The hotel only provides an indoor pool, with no outdoor pool available.
