The property was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities a great hotel could possibly offer. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. I’d like to give special thanks to Wesley, John, Adriel, and the entire staff for their hospitality. Located right next to Lago Negro, the hotel was only a few minutes away on foot. The breakfast was really good as well. Hands down, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If I ever return to Gramado, I know exactly where I’ll be staying. Thank you. N/A

Amazing rooms, service, and location! You can see the "Lago Negro" from your room. The hotel is brand new, room is one of the best that we've ever stayed. The beds were just perfect. Restaurant is really nice and had a great musician when we were there. Everything was good.

The swimming pool was not indoor as advertised! Because of the rain I couldn't use it! And the sauna was off!! Breakfast is not what you expect from a hotel in Gramado. Not that many options and there were only two sweet options.
