The Spa massage was poor. E é chore hot stones, bits it was 10% do hot stones and the massagem in itself was weak.

Great location Room needs an update , worn out. the minibar in the room was not working (warm drinks) and even tho we advised the hotel they didn’t fix it during our stay, breakfast was limited, details like this that a 5 star hotel should manage.

Service was impeccable. Staff super friendly. Location was perfect ion relation to downtown. Very walkable experience. Breakfast had a fantastic selection and was high quality.

Room cleanliness, valet service were above expectations. Breakfast improved over previous stays. It's a mountain resort, on cold nights, and the fireplaces were not on at the lobby. Looks like a managers decision. DEI politics at it's worst. If you want to hug a tree, find a suitable job. Pool was really packed, the hotel deserved a larger indoor pool. Breakfast restaurant tables are getting worn after all these years. And while commenting with friends over hotel characteristics for our anual event, we noticed that the Lobby itself it's quite modest, and does not stimulate larger gatherings. An improvement was recently made with a larger bar, but the front desk is a bit overwhelming, massive even, and couches are small, and with the fireplace not lit, definitely not a cozy environment. The hotel is a classic one, we all like it, but others offer more for less.

Very well located! Amazing staff, breakfast and restaurant. The kids activities and entertainment was amazing!! The indoor swimming pool area was too cold and there isn’t any warming place to change cloths. Furthermore, it was impossible to stay outside relaxing because the drops of water falling from the ceiling in the chairs and tables.

The property has a good inside pool and a jacuzzi that we liked most. We did a reservation in the hotel but when we arrived the book was for the flat and it is a old building so we need to pay more to switch the room.
