Outdated but still everything you need.

Having an affordable, clean place to stay within the Grand Canyon National Park was an ideal situation. We were within easy walking distance to the South Rim Trail, bus pick-up/drop-off points, and the cafeteria at the lodge HQ. The staff was just tremendously helpful and friendly, all around. Highly recommended, both for convenience and the quality of the rooms...

Better amenities like include microwave. Food more choices in Food Court

The map is not the greatest to get to the rim. Or maybe it was the verbal directions from a staff member

Room was great, staff was INCREDIBLE! The park was amazing! The food, mostly, was below par. Bland tasting, price for food was way higher than Disney World! The was a restaurant in the Bright Angel called The Harvey House was the best food in the entire park, Jarius was our waiter. Jarius was INCREDIBLE! Professional, friendly and personable. The rest of the staff throughout the park was great, but stood out!

The room was fine, the carpet needed vacuuming.

property great location in village, staff not well trained, had problems with room keys and room WiFi did not work
-
The room was clean and the beds were comfy. It was great to be able to stay inside the park! The staff was very helpful in helping us plan our day in the park.

Would highly recommend Maswik Lodge. It was so convenient to everything in the park and very cozy - elk right outside your window!

We stayed here for the location - which did not disappoint . Steps away from gorgeous canyon views but quieter and less crowded than near the visitor center. We checked in late , but immediately greeted by a deer grazing next to our room. We went in mid August and the Milky Way was bright and visible overhead right from the parking the lot as soon as we stepped out. Room was very clean and bedding was very comfy . Couldn’t ask for more- the food in the food hall at breakfast was barely edible but not the hotels fault
-
The food court was very close and had excellent selection at reasonable prices. We ate every meal there.

Wonderful and comfortable bed and room.

Visited with my family, when I asked for a room on bottom floor for my 88 year old father in law they told me no. They wouldn’t change the room. They told me I should have asked when I booked

Perfect location

Very nice hotel located not far from the Canyon rim. The large cafeteria, pizza restaurant and gift shop were convenient. Ample parking. Relatively quiet. Friendly staff. We will consider staying there again. Price was reasonable.

Close to the gorgeous Canyon. It’s not royalty but rooms are spacious and the location is great.
