Great hotel right off the interstate. Clean and modern.

Always a great stay. Hotel is always clean and staff is always helpful.

We always stay at SpringHill Suites when we come to Grand Forks and have enjoyed our time there. This past visit, there was a problem with the AC. It started leaking in the room, and there was water on the floor next to the bed. Because it was late and they couldn't get anyone to help, they gave me some towels to mop it up. I should have insisted on being moved to a new room, but we waited until the next morning. Luckily, they moved us to a room on the same floor, but they deactivated our room keys while we were moving. No big deal; we just had to prop the door open while moving things over to the new room. My husband doesn't like the toilet in a separate room from the sink and shower, but I'm used to it. Breakfast is always great.

Easy check in and check out. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Definitely will stay here again!

Despite our reservation, they didn't have a room for us when we showed up. We were offered a room in a nearby hotel and told it would the same, along with "additional amenities" offered as compensation, but it was not true. We were given a smaller room at the other hotel and no other considerations.

Enjoyed my stay

The entire property is up-to-date and clean. The room/suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool, whirlpool, and gym are small but current and clean. Highly satisfied. I would recommend to family and friends without question.

On day 2, I asked if I could get housekeeping for a complete clean with new towels, change of sheets ect...i returned to the hotel after being gone literally 12 hours, went to my room and there were fresh sheets thrown on top of my unmade bed, no vacuum.

The room (suite) was very comfortable and clean. The mini fridge was quite small, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Breakfast was very good, wide variety of food. TV didn't work, had to have staff come and get it turned on. It would not shut off, had to unplug it. When I went down to get coffee in the morning, I brought a cup back for my husband, and then returned thru the cafe to go sit outside with my coffee. The food was all out in the cafe, and I picked up a muffin on the way. The food service person was upset with me and told me that the food was not ready until 7:00, it was 6:45. She told me to read the sign, which I didn't see as I was coming from the other end of the hallway. I didn't appreciate being lectured.

The room smelled like smoke.

Great place to stay. Room was spacious, clean, well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was accommodating. Will stay there again when in Grand Forks.
