A lovely property. The reason for the less than stellar review was the poor night spent on the pull out sofa. The coil mattress was a poor choice. A Temperpedic overlay mattress would have solved the problem. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

Wow! Room was beautiful. Staff was fantastic. Loved the bar and coffee shop on the premises. All around, even better than expected. We will be staying here again.

5 star hotel, downtown Grand Forks, located near the late night adult entertainment. Walking distance to establishments, no worries of getting a DD or having to drive. Excellent Hotel, very clean and my first time. Was rather impressed. I didnt know this Hotel was there. Would stay again im the future, no regrets.
