The location was perfect for our needs The sofa had an odor like it was musty or someone had been smoking. Plus the outside door and sidewalk to the north had cracks in it that could be a tripping hazard.

Breakfast was good. Food was fresh. Staff was helpful.

The room was nice enough, and the staff were nice. Always so disappointed when they advertise a fitness room, and half the time, their treadmills are out of order. Also, my husband was unhappy that the gravy for the biscuits was gone at 8 am, and breakfast was to go until 9.

The front attendant was very welcoming and pleasant. The rooms however were outdated. They smelled musty and they seemed humid. I did not notice it but my wife said chair amd carpets need a really good cleaning. We only stayed over one night to rest on a long haul drive back from Yellowstone. We were all exhausted so we slept well. Probably not the best in Grand Island. But it served its purpose.

I arrived at 2:30am. after flying in from Arizona. All surrounding restraunts were closed. I was starving! I decided to use the vending machines. Three machines, one was broken, it was the only one with bottled water. One wouldn't accept my card. I finally got a small bag of chips from the third one.

The hotel side entry door did not latch or seal, a serious safety issue in my opinion. The bed sheet had like melted plastic spots so I had to ask for new bedding and there were no cleaning crew so I had to unmake and remake the bed. The flooring also looked dirty, like it needed vacuuming and there was not much water pressure.
