Very clean and comfortable nice pool and hot tub

Nice staff, and the on site restaurant was very good.

The beds were comfortable but the bathroom needs an update—lots of cracks and discoloration stains.

This was a quick stop for us but very comfortable. It don’t look like much when you are driving up or even walking down the hall to your room, but the rooms were very very pleasant and clean. No complaints at all!

Room was clean and dog friendly. Our room was on the ground floor so it was easy to take our dog outside.

The hotel was awesome we loved the staff who were super friendly! We really loved the out door pool and it was the perfect temperature. The hotel is a bit old as far as the aesthetics but it gives a 70s or 80s hotel. I would say it’s well maintained for what it was it definitely has a slight old building smell which lingers but don’t think it something they completely can control. The breakfast, whether true or not definitely was a more fresh free breakfast buffet then other hotel chains or at least it felt that way.

The woman at the reception desk, who checked us in, was very friendly, super helpful and accomodating. The pools were fun for the kids, and there were pool tables and some arcade games (take quarters!). The dog areas were the best I've seen at any hotel. I would recommend this hotel for families and people traveling with their dogs.

Got to the restaurant at 715 to find no eggs, cold coffee and hard biscuits. I could have made a waffle but opted for a bagel. Would have like hot coffee at the very least.

Our first room, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was no one available to clean, so they gave us a new room ! The king mattress wasnt great, It slumped . The bottle of lotion in the bathroom was empty, I had no lotion.

The rating of 8.4 was very misleading. I’d give it a 6.4. Very dated with little attention to aesthetic and creature comfort details.

I booked because they had an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Both of them were not working and waiting on parts. If I had known this I would have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointing. The breakfast was very good.

All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again, the kids had a wonderful time!

The kids lived the pool! And the breakfast was better than most hotel buffets. We stayed on or way to Colorado Springs and then on the way home! Perfect!

Staff was helpful, but they ran out of body wash. The room was clean, but one dead roach in the hall was never removed. We love the dog run.

Very strange layout. Room was old and smelled musty.
