Motel 6 Grand Prairie, TX - Interstate 30

Not clean roaches mold dirty non working air conditions in about 4 rooms had to move rooms. No shower curtains. Worst experience ever. Slept in car. Asked for refund stated hotel would not answer calls or emails. Shouldn't have this hotel as one of their hotel options. Didnt get to see pool. Tried to get out right away however all other hotels booked because of concert . .Still waiting for a my refund !!!!! Got email hotel refused to refund .Really disappointed that places like this exist. Checked out in the morning after sleeping in car. Didn't refund 2nd day stay either.

The price and location

The staff was nice and helpful. It was quiet and clean They just need some help with updates.People come and stay at theses hotels and it becomes their home but dont take care of where they stay. I have no complaints about this location.

The only thing good about this was that the ac was super cold and the staff in the office was really nice. Thank God I brought all my cleaning stuff cause I had to clean as soon as I got there

El hotel estuvo muy bueno y comodo para salir al aeropuerto. La piscina necesita arreglos y limpieza.

The price and which you get are exactly the same there was no microwave. There was no fridge mowed in the bathroom no roaches, though the sheets head covers so you didn’t have to worry about bedbugs. The people in the front office are really nice. If your main focus is to sleep and shower there and do everything else elsewhere, this is the perfect place for you.

It's a place to stay it is aged and can use some remodeling and pest control.It was a little loud as it sits right off the highway.

Save the grief pay the 25 bucks and go across 30 to the super 8.

Staff was helpful. The was enough stores nearby. Not that expensive. The room could have been cleaner ie bugs.

The motel did not have a refrigerator and microwave and roaches was real bad. A lot of noise. And me and my husband felt like we had something bitting us because we broke out with something in that room

Cheap a lot of stuff did not work but AC and WiFi and ice maker worked

We had to request to move us room 3 times because the room he given us was not good .the first one the room had a door to the next room and the door was open we couldn’t close it and lock it on our side and there was a dog in the next room barking so long. The 2nd room we stayed there for one night but the tv didn’t work we stayed there for one night .the third room the door didn’t lock and it was flooded with water so we where moved again the last room was good room

Roaches knots , and mildew was in my room
