The staff were excellent. Very professional and friendly. I also appreciated the shuttle. The drivers were fun and informative. NA

The TV in our room did not work and after being given new batteries for the remote and wasting our time it still did not work and we were told there was no one available to come look at it and no offer to move to another room. The room was noisy. Some mechanical noise and bed was not comfortable. I specifically booked this hotel over another because it listed the hotel shuttle as running beginning at 5:00 am. We asked for shuttle at 6:30 am and received a call at 9:30 pm that said she “forgot” the shuttle doesn’t begin to run until 7:00 am on Sundays. Shuttle driver was late to work Sunday morning so they had to pull someone else to run shuttle. POOR experience all around!!

Needs all met for older property.

Easy access to DFW

Very clean room and the staff is great! My mom and I had a wonderful time together there. It’s by so many things so you don’t need to work. The breakfast was nice and warm, I loved the orange juice. Great parking and never had any concerns.

Beds were comfy as were the pillows. Our room had a strong mildew smell

Customer service was very rude to me. She was always saying like my room is not ready yet even after 3 pm. She was just simply asking me to wait until the room is ready. I didn’t understand why the room is ready on time and why she was rude to me while I was trying to check in

Toilet was broken the first night abd

Staff was rude, we called and told the. Our flight was delayed and we would be in between 1am and 2am. When we got to the hotel for 1:55 we were told they had almost given our room away. The room smelled and housekeeping came in without knocking

The room could be updated. Some of the outlets did not work and did not have usb-c plugs. One of the night stands was broken also well.

Great location, clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good! The bed was very uncomfortable for us. This is really more situational because people do like firm beds.
