Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossing

My experience was good overall but it could be a little bit better.

This is one of our favorite places to stay

I stayed in room 425. I reported to the staff that the shower diverter didn’t work so there was barely water going from the tub spout to the shower head. No resolution. The bulb at the closet area flickered nonstop. No way to turn it off. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work, completely off. However, the room was nice and the hotel was fine.

Great location, great bed.

No conditioner in bathroom. Coffee machine was broken!!!! I will be requesting a refund!

Excellent stay

The computer system was down, so check-in was delayed and when we finally were checked in, we were given a room people were already checked in to. The room we finally got into, 2 hours later, had a non working fridge, noon working outlets, and a bathroom door that wouldn't open and close. The beds were comfy.

Great location, close to the mall, bass pro, and very close and convenient to great wolf. The staff was great and the facilities were impeccable. Very easy well lit parking.

Clean room, great staff. Centrally located to all things around Grapevine area. Will be staying here again.

Don’t enjoy sharing a pool w 2 other hotels.

The pool is very small and it was filthy. There are three hotels that share the pool. The hotel is nice but the pool are isn’t the best. It doesn’t look like the pictures online at all!!! Don’t be fooled by the pictures. You would think that three hotels could pol their money together for a better pool area. It should be great!

Helpful staff at check-in. Convenient location, complimentary shuttle, although we did not use.

Clean and updated I find it really hard to understand that drinking water is a not included in a stay! That would be the decent thing to do. It is not something extra, to be paid for, rather a necessity. Like the shower.

Clean room, great staff and food was delicious! Props to the chefs!

Everything had a price

We purchased this specific hotel because the description indicated that it came with continental breakfast. We were told in the morning that It was extra. Also, it was a very noisy floor that we were on. We got woken up more than once after the 230 am hour.

Hotel was lovely! Room was soo clean, bathroom beautiful, and the lobby is huge, cozy, and well designed.

Even though it was near the airport, I couldn’t hear the planes taking off. It was clean, provided amenities, and the food was excellent. I was surprised that the breakfast buffet was costly. I ordered the smallest breakfast on the menu, but could only eat half of it.

The coffee was slightly brown water. None of the ice machines worked. The carpet in the hallways was so wrinkled that it was a tripping hazard. Breakfast is $18! My toilet ran and malfunctioned so much that I had to turn the valve off in between uses.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was like home away from home! I’m a light sleeper and got the best sleep! Very comfortable beds and super clean! I will definitely stay here again! Ashley at the front desk was so welcoming and very professional!!
