We’re very disappointed with the Hotel Panorama first when we arrived at Airport we call and no answer then we got a tax grasse when we arrived at the property no one was there and the property are in construction works , we didn’t know what to do we had to look for an alternative accommodation and cost us a lot. The Hotel has charged the fee in advance from the account. I am looking forward to hear from you and receive re-found for the money taking and for the unexpected expenses. Room and bathroom were in very good condition, probably just refurbished, Room and bathroom have been appreciated, Common parts are really unacceptable: reception, elevator, corridor were in a terrible condition

Quiet room with nice view and balcony. Very close to town. Having an elevator was good.

Fantastic location balcony overlooks the market place with a view to the Mediterranean, we were lucky in that the morning after are arrival was beautiful and sunny and we were able to sit on the balcony in the morning sun. It is in the centre of Grasse and therefore it is quite noisy but that is to be expected because of the location.

Coffee/Tee is available in the room. Fridge is in the room. Modern bathroom. Nice balkony with fantastic "Panorama" view. Location is perfectly close to City-center. Missing some nearest parking reservation possibility for people traveling by car.

Our double room 402 with balcony with sea view on 4th floor had just been renovated with brand new bathroom. The beds were the best we had slept in out of 7 hotels. In the reception we could buy a ticket for the parking so it only would cost 6€ as long as you were barking. (not leaving and come back) the floor had not been cleaned for long time. I always make my test with toilet papers under my shoes - and it became quite dark :-(
