Accommodation was excellent, very clean and more than we expected for a B&B booking considering the kitchen diner area with the room. Location was good and off the main roads so little through traffic. And to top it all the breakfast was delicious! The weather, but we did not let that spoil our stay.

I stayed for x1 night for work, however the booking exceeded my expectations and was far superior to my normal work-related accommodation. It was half the price of a Travel Lodge (or equivalent) and more than twice the quality. The location was very scenic, the room was clean and provided all required amenities including toiletries and even some extra snacks! The bed was very comfy and the breakfast in the conservatory of the main house was generous and well put together and was a peaceful atmosphere. Jane was a lovely host and made sure I had everything I needed, without being at all over-baring. The local area had a nice pub which served good quality food and also very scenic. Couldn't recommend this booking more! Wifi was a little choppy, but not really an issue at all

Fantastic location for a peaceful getaway.. Really appreciated the blackout blinds, fridge, comfy bed and very nice breakfast (with eggs from the farms chickens). Hope I can return again soon! The fact I had to leave!!

Apart from minor difficulty accessing it in the dark of night, I really enjoyed the stay. It was warm, clean, quiet. Proprietors was friendly. Met us at the door because we arrived late. Breakfast was great. Saw sunrise from the greenhouse-like breakfast room. No complaint.
