Hotel J Green Bay

I stayed in the Rainforest Suite. Late check in by 6:30, in the jacuzzi by 7, ready for a night out on the town by 9:30! Room was SOOOO gorgeous. Clean, AC was spectacular and the jacuzzi was spacious. My only downside was I was in a hurry to leave the next morning I forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping!! Next time I book, it will be the Speakeasy Suite and I’ll tip for sure. Recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

The staff was very helpful and courteous and available to answer any questions. the rooms were nice and all amenities were supplied. The pool was available until 10PM which allowed for the kids to get in a little extra pool time.

The beds, the hot tub, rooms were very nice, breakfast was very good Nothing

The only complaint I have was the bed was too hard but the room was nice and quiet.

Jen, Samantha, Adam and the young lady on 2nd shift Wednesday night were very nice. Big thanks to Jen for helping with my daughters bday surprise. Communication between front desk and housekeeping seems really organized.

It could certainly use some more outside exits in case of emergency. But, happily there was nothing that instigated an evacuation. I was afraid that being at the end of a runway would cause problems with noise from jets, but for all the time I spent in the room, I only heard one plane the next morning, so I have to say better than expected for quietness!

We have stayed here many times due to the proximity of the hotel! Just minutes from Lambeau Field, Epic Event Center, The Resch and so much more! Staff is always kind and courteous and accommodations are clean This time we were put in a suite, which was great because it had a separate living area and kitchenette PLUS 2 bathrooms, however the beds in this room were hard as rocks, so none of us slept great. The coffee maker leaked and the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, reeked of mildew. There was also only a couple outlets that worked for phone chargers and none were by a bed.

Must’ve had a water leak across the halls, cleaning people maids or whatever management were talking loudly at 5:30 in the morning. Guess that’s understandable and unavoidable. Only other thing was the air conditioner didn’t seem like it was taken the moisture out of the room.
