Clean room nice check in staff

We loved the water park and the staff were kind but our room was filthy. I brought this to the attention of the staff and asked for a different room as the blinds were broken meaning we couldn’t even open them, the door handles were broken, there was visible mold in the bathroom, counters were still dirty and so were the carpets. They stated that wasn’t an option but offered to have the cleaning crew come while we swam. When we returned to our room hours later it still hadn’t been cleaned so I took it upon myself to clean what I could. At this point the manager offered to either come clean or to give us 100tokens for the arcade. We opted for the arcade tokens as it was already getting late and my kids were tired. I was disappointed with the room but the rest was fine. I do have pictures if needed.

Water park was great kids had a blast. The arcade was fun too. My only complaint is the rooms were filthy.

I would say a very nice place if you have kids that like a waterpark and an arcade close to Lambeau Green Bay Packers Stadium. Green Bay is a very nice town we have been there many times.

Poor customer service, the people at the front desk do t ever want to help, not a good place to stay at all!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The waterpark area was very clean, and staff there were kind. Pools and hot tubs were the perfect temperatures. Great place for families!

Absolutely a great place for families. The staff was very helpful and the room was as advertised. The only thing I missed was a quiet outdoor place to sit and relax to get away from the aforementioned family for a short time .

We had an amazing time at Tundra.My son lives in Oshkosh with his wife and my grandchildren and we live in Florida.So our time was limited but staying here made the best of fun we could ask for.Thank you and we will be back every year.

I would prefer a pool with a 5' area for adults. hot tub could be warmer and jets were weak

Fun waterpark. Room was standard hotel. Cafe served breakfast but nothing in the PM. Our grandkids loved it.

Fun Waterpark, friendly staff and nice rooms. For the price it was exactly what we expected and will return. Also, fun to be close to Lambough field and Packerland!

Great pool areas both inside and out, hot tubs were large and clean. Arcade was well staffed with lots of variety. Fit the needs for my 9-13 year olds very well. Food options were good, and lots of room in the lobby to wander around. Will definitely be coming back again!

Do not stay here.

Only issue was the size of the bathroom in the cabin suite, the door was a bit tight

Front desk lady was not very welcoming!
