They don’t tell you you must arrive before midnight and despite not even being able to stay there, they refuse to refund me.

Staff was friendly. Clean room & quiet.

For price vs. expectations, this place was a gem. The front desk man was very nice, the bed was comfortable, it felt safe from the riffraff common around budget motels.

But it was close to where we needed to be.

Room was not cleaned very well, McDonald’s sandwich in the microwave, candy wrappers and fingernail clippings in the drawers. Besides that it was a great stay.

The room we got was under $50, so a great deal for sure. The hotel isn't perfect, but they are trying hard. The staff was very accommodating, very helpful. We'd go back.

If you are only looking for a room and a bed this place is perfect

Nice budget hotel nice staff

Ok, say something nice. The people here are super friendly and the rate, well for $33.21 I didn't figure I'd get much but couldn't pass it up. The room was like very nice, about 30 years ago. Should I complain for such a low rate? I only have 2 requirements of any hotel. Clean and the ac needs to work. The ac was great. Almost froze me out. The cleanliness part however, the amount of hair in the sheets, on the dresser, on the table was just gross. There was trash behind the bed and some unidentifiable white substance in the corner. The linens were disintegrating, the towels were stained and disintegrating. Similar to one of my other reviews, if you needed shelter and this was all you could afford go for it and be safe. If you're looking for a good night sleep without the cleanliness worry, maybe somewhere else.

Easy and inexpensive place to stay while on a roadtrip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were only cereal or coffee. Effective for the one night stay we needed.

Nice quiet room with all you need...

I had a very good experience for the bargain price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The weather was hot out and the air conditioning worked great in my room. Big comfortable bed with clean bedding. Shower worked fine. Mini fridge and microwave both good. I did not have the continental breakfast just because I was hungry. I don't think that there was a huge selection, but really what do you expect for the price. I stayed two nights as a budget traveler exploring the area. It might not be for everyone, but worked PERFECT for me. Thank you Western Inn staff!

Bathroom dirty, bed uncomfortable, one room was crowded, table no chairs

This property could use a little updating but it's maintained and clean. Alex and Emmanuel were super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. For the price, it was a great value.

There was absolutely nothing good about the room. We drove 14 hrs, it was late when we got there, we were extremely tired. Walked in it smelled disgusting/unclean..went to use bathroom there was old cat litter all over the bathroom floor, the wall above the cat litter had some kind of gross run marks on it.....we were unable to shower in there. Then by bed was garbage left over from previous people...we were so tired played down fully dressed because the room was absolutely disgusting. When we left in the morning, stopped by office, some purple haired young girl just basically told me I had to call the owner at 6..we are on vacation traveling who's got time for that. We wont ever go again, will and will discourage people from staying there.

the area was not a rundown slum. it really is a gem for the price.

Very comfortable and quiet. Was an older but very nice for the price. Front office personal was very friendly and got me checked in fast.

If you stay here do not expect a luxury experience. The staff is accommodating and nice. The room is clean ish. The breakfast doesn't exist if you're not a child.
