N/ahorrible service and smelly

Pool is not working and there was no notice of that, no compensation for the pool not working. breakfast was not great. Waffles were separated and there was no yogurt and no workers to be found. Rooms were recently updated or looked like it. They looked pretty new. Halls could use some updating but if they just did the rooms they might be getting to them soon.

The construction and design wasn’t expected No more Best Western properties for me.

Very nice and neat place

The staff was wonderful

When we arrived, the pool was not available and I did not know anything about that prior to arrival. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. When we got to our room we found that our bedding was dirty. However, the cleaning staff was very kind and they did give us a clean set. When I tried to use the phone to call the front desk it didn’t work. As we were walking around the hotel, we noticed that the cleanliness was pretty bad. The hallways and carpet were extremely stained, and there was a trail of old chocolate milk and coffee all the way down the stairs and out the back door where the trash needed to be taken out. There were trash bags sitting there outside the door and not taken to the dumpster. We were not pleased with the way the hotel looked as far as cleanliness. In fact, we actually didn’t even stay and eat the complementary breakfast because I was afraid that it would be gross based on the observations of how the hotel was kept clean.

Great Stay! Will definitely come back!
-
Near a lot of good place to eat within walking distance, close to freewzy

Everything closed or out of order. Seems to be crime around too. With 24 hour patrol right outside of building.

The staff was efficient, the hotel was very nice…. Great surroundings, mall, restaurants, stores. A little inwards from highway 85, but it was great!

This was the worst hotel .. it was really a motel disguised as a hotel . I got there with my 2 dogs and all of a sudden I was told by the man at the front desk who was not very polite I could only have one dog … he suggested I rent another room . they finally allowed my to have to 2 dogs but for a price…. That was the beginning of a really ucky stay. They gave us a room as far away down the hall as they could… I saw him give another person a closer room. we are older and although the walk was not bad there was no consideration .. breakfast was awful . They didn’t have simple things like butter …..most important the hotel was filthy. carpets had stains and looked like it had never been cleaned…. The room was also dirty . The Howard Johnson’s across the street looked nicer then this place ..

The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself was disgusting. The hallway carpets were stained very badly, and there was no elevator (It was a boarded up hole in the wall.). Breakfast was lacklustre, and it was only available until 9:30am, and the pool was lime green with no timeframe for opening. Only one out of two ice machines were working. It seems like they are in the process of a renovation, but I would be leery about staying here unless those changes have occurred.

Front desk staff was nice. But I was disappointed that the pool wasn't opened due to needing maintenance. Then on my last night the ceiling above the bed started leaking, so I had to be moved to another room.

This hotel looked like a disaster zone. Filthy hallways, elevator was under construction. No AC in the hallways or lobby. Pool was out of order and filled with algae.
-
Bed were comfortable but for some reason housekeeping took all our towels and never replaced them (and didn’t make beds or clean out trash or replace shampoos and soaps). When I called the desk to ask for towels, they requested I come down and get them myself. Pool was out of order our whole trip as well.

Nice quick place to stay but probably won’t revisit

Room was clean, pool was not open in June

The pool was not open or clean. There were no elevators. I had a room on the second floor. The room roof leaked during the rain storm. And the breakfast was ok. I asked for a partial refund and did not hear back!!! My accommodations for staying out of town was not met.

The hallways could use a freshening up. My room was extremely clean, and looked remodeled. Sheets looked brand new. Continental breakfast was there as promised, and it was plentiful. Popeyes and restaurants are walkable. Room has fridge and microwave, so you can save your food. If you need to travel cheap, this is the way to go
