Excellent signature breakfast. Clean rooms and overall great stay for families.

Nice rooms, spacious and wonderful staff

The was ok, the room was none smoking. I could tell they had smokers previously. I came because of my daughers college orientation. I only had two was clothes. She wanted to stay in the suite. They did provide sheets. But didn't provide cover for pull out bed. Also I found something that look like nicotine on the bed. The room needs to be shampooed and cleaned from cigarettes smoke

We never got room service , they but towels and toilet paper that I have put in the toilet paper holder my self

I will say that the breakfast was well maintained and the lady cooking omelets was an amazing and sweet worker. The hotel just is absolutely disgusting and they do not have enough pillows, blankets and towels for all of the rooms.
-
I like the breakfast and complementary drinks The hotel was very dated and the mattress was old or past due to be replaced.

Had reservations on line and when I arrived at check-in time I was told I had to wait. I waited 21/2 hours, I as told that the room was still being cleaned. I had friends that also came in minutes after I did and received there rooms right away. Long wait and quite a rude desk person after I went 30 minute intervals to check on room and second time she stated “you again?” We stay at this hotel four times a year and this is the first time that we have had a problem, I hope that the problem can be resolved.

overall, everything was great! One front desk associate did go above to help my family and I with the room mix up! Communication amongst employees was not very good. I rebooked another night through the third party and right afterwards I went to the front desk to notify and ask if I had to recheck in at 4pm. I was told no I did not that I didn't have to move out of the room I was in, and the front desk associate told me she would leave notes under my booking and for me to come back to the front desk first thing in the morning. I came back to the front desk the next morning and was told that my room was locked for another customer and that I had to move out of that room. I didn't have to wait until 4 to get back into another room but me, my mom, a 9yr old, and 16-month-old had to wait in the lobbing area for about 3 hours from check out. We didn't get into another room until around 2pm. So, communication could be better!

I love staying at the Embassy because the separate living area always makes me feel like I’m in a small apartment and not a hotel. The spacious bathroom was a plus and the staff was very helpful in accommodating anything I needed like extra linen for the pullout couch and complimentary toothbrushes when I forgot to pack mine. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool for hoursss! And the omelette at breakfast was top tier! I can’t wait to book my next stay!

On a positive note, breakfast was very good, and the staff there was excellent—friendly and attentive. The made-to-order omelet was a highlight. Overall, great service, but the hotel could really benefit from some updates.
