The Hotel was very clean everything such ac and all amenities work .Well the staff was super .Two days later we noticed the front desk put a hold on our card for 250$ over and above 157$ a night . We surely didn’t like this part .

We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!

Although there was an alternative choice for the pool at the local YMCA, the pool was not open during our stay. Everything is else was good. Breakfast was hot, Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet.

The breakfast was good but there was a lack of option especially if you are staying for multiple days. At Check-in staff was a little rude but the sheets and bathroom were clean, the AC was slightly outdated.

The closeness to the school my daughter will be attending Property was nasty needs paint for the walls door looked like once upon a time it was forced open the blanket for the bed was ripped and stuffing was coming out not sure what they used to wash but I was itching all night. The second day after noon was ok but honestly after me experiencing two different holiday in express in two different cities makes me believe that the hotel chain is just shitty all around

The room was good but the mini fridge started making a slight popping sound after we arrived and began to leak. After talking with the desk person we were advised to unplug it and they would have someone bring us another fridge. We did not need one for the night so we declined the offer. Other than that, everything else was good(parking, cleanliness, staff).
