The bed was comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and the people above paced the floors till almost 2 am.

The refrigerator didn’t keep drinks cool and not cool enough for my insulin. The door key card quit working on Sunday morning and had to be reprogrammed three different times to get us in our room. The breakfast was limited as they only put a certain amount of food on the counter at one time and it was taken almost immediately so unless you were at the counter when it was put out, you missed out.

The stuf was grate

The room key card kept deactivating. We had to go to front desk often to reactivate the room card. This was ann issue with several customers that stayed there. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

We had to change room because of carpet was soaking wet. They changed room but no basic supply, sink not draining, flush not working, floors were slippery

There is 0 sound insulation. Room doors slamming and seemed to need extra muscle because they were sticking. Toilet was so low it was like a toddler time out stool. Literally 4 inches below the bottom of my knee. It flushed so loud, it startled me. A/C worked great, but also loud. We received a lukewarm reception, but the check out staff was much friendlier. Bed and pillows were comfortable and property was clean and tidy. Flavor infused water is a nice touch and appreciated. We cancelled our future reservation and will stay elsewhere.

The only problem is the loudness of the Air Conditioner the one in my room was making a loud noise it was very cool but the noise kept me up a little off and on

The entire stay was excellent, staff very helpful and professional.

The rooms are in bad shape. The window has a gap between the frame and the wall where outside air flows . The cleaners enter even when the do not disturb sign is up. We lost power for over 7 hours and the staff at the desk was absolutely ignorant.
