Clean rooms. Safe location

This was our worst stay ever! Our first room was so dirty and the TV didn't work. I tried to take shower and the front desk associate was trying to be helpful but she acted like I was stupid. After calling twice she sent maintenance up there and our shower was broken. They switched our room and I had to pack up all my kids-one of which was already asleep and it was late. Our new room had beer bottle caps in it and it was better but still dirty. The hallways smelled so bad of smoke and marijuana it was hard to breathe. Our room was musty and the bed was broken, it caved in the middle. The TV had limited channels and the breakfast bar was ok. The pool was closed. The staff were ok. I cried b/c it was such an awful experience but we didn't have the money to pay for another hotel on such short notice. If it was just me, I would have slept in my car. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. I have stayed in these hotels for as long as I can remember and have never had such an awful experience. My kids were miserable so we stayed out as late as we could. We stayed two nights and left early Sunday morning.

The hotel was disgusting and horribly maintained. I would never recommend staying here.

I always stay at this particular Quality Inn whenever I'm in Greensboro. The value for your money can't be beat. Rooms and property are clean and safe. The rooms are spacious. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I won't stay anywhere else in Greensboro unless this Quality Inn doesn't have any vacancies. Highly recommended!

Housekeeping was another major issue. When we inquired about why our room had not been serviced, we were told that housekeeping could not enter because our room was "covered in stuff." This was simply untrue. Not only did we never receive housekeeping service during our entire stay, but we were also unable to get fresh towels. When we asked for towels, we were told there were none available because the hotel did not have enough. Considering the pool was closed during our stay, it's hard to understand how a hotel could run out of towels. To make matters worse, the older woman working the night shift was consistently unpleasant and unhelpful whenever we interacted with her. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, and unprofessional customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I would not stay here again.

Don’t stay here. Everything is wrong with this place.

The location was great and the price was good also the staff was very friendly The pool was permanently closed along with the workout facilities and the room had food on the floor witch means it wasn’t cleaned properly and the ice machine was out of order

The price and location. We were there for the nationals track meet and it was an easy drive to get to the track. All the other hotels in the city were wanting $300+ a night for a room which is wild. Won't lie was very scared after booking and digging into the reviews better that the hotel was going to be a nightmare. But it wasn't it is just very old and it was what we needed for the short time we needed it in. The hotel is very old and dated. When you get there it looks like nothing was touched or upgraded since 1980. From the outside to the inside it was just old. Plus it was pouring rain and the gutters were clogged at the doors so you got drowned trying to even get inside.

Crack city. Bugs coming out of drains.

This was my second time staying here. It is convenient to the Coliseum where I wanted to see a show. The bed is really comfortable. I love having the Belgium waffle for breakfast. Nothing.
-
The property was in very poor condition. The room had dent and marks in the walls. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. The smoke detector was hanging by wires on the wall. The door didn’t meet the floor and the noise level was crazy. If you can afford better don’t stay here. We had just driven 14 hours otherwise would have just left.

Didn’t had a breakfast, the location is perfect Bathroom cleaning needs to be better

The location was convenient to the coliseum where the concert was held. The front desk attendant when I checked in was frankly rude, and the cleanliness needed work.
