The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Nice hotel.

The description that I read said there was a guest laundry but the front desk said they did not have one. It would not normally be a problem but my grandson was playing baseball and his uniform had to be washed… they should remove it from the amenity list. Other than that it was a good stay.. thanks

From the moment I walked in, it was a great experience. The front desk was experiencing an outage on their system. She still was able to check me in and with a smile on her face. The room was clean and the room smelled wonderful. I was very pleased with my stay.

At checkout, desk clerk was too busy to exchange pleasantries, to thank me for staying, or to even give me a smile. Just told me to drop my key in the box. I did not feel like a valued guest or that my patronage was appreciated. I realize this is a small point to make, but it's the little things that can mean so much.

The hotel was in a great location. The building was clean, stylish and comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice. The bed was not as soft as I like but it is not a deal breaker.

The property was very clean on the inside and around the grounds. The elevator was always fresh and clean. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and efficient. Everything was great!! There was nothing I didn’t like.

I pulled up to the hotel and did not feel comfortable staying there. It was in a not so safe area. I turned around and spent the money on a safer place. I would not recommend, especially if you are a female staying alone.
