Very nice hotel suite. Room was great for two travelers though we could have used 1 additional chair. Hotel check-in and checkout processes were great. Breakfast was decent one day out of the two. Only issue was open shower design that didn’t drain until shower was turned off so water overflows onto the floor. I imagine over time that will be an issue with moisture and mold. Felt pressured to take quick shower and be careful not to fall when stepping out of the shower.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel. My husband and I love this hotel is clean staff friendly and great location

Sending a special shout out to Chris for helping me and my daughter take our bags to our room. You really didn't have too but thank God you asked because we were struggling(lol)...also Sending a special shout out to Trey because he was definitely running the show. He happily assisted us with our clean towels/rags/blankets and toilet paper. Saturday night was a busy/wild night, but he assisted everyone, and he did not fold under pressure. He's going to make a great future general manager. Pros:the soda fountain drink machine in the breakfast area, clean room, clean lobby, bacon for breakfast, location, and great staff. Please give everybody a raise, especially Trey and Chris Cons: Rotten eggs smell coming from my bathroom vent/fan, please install more elevators we had to walk a half a mile just to get to our room, couldn't adjust water pressure in the shower, using the room key to operate the lights was annoying, and no swimming pool

Breakfast was a let down. When we got down there the waffle mix was out, no eggs accept boiled eggs that were packaged.

I love the set up of your rooms. It was spacious and really felt like a small apartment. What I did NOT like was that a soiled wash cloth was left in my shower draped over the shower head. There was also hair in the shower. Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me as a customer. I reported the wash cloth issue 3 times before it was removed from the bathroom. Please work hard to ensure all rooms are cleaned appropriately for your customers. Thank you.

When we entered the room, the toilet paper roll on the holder was empty with empty roll that means that was after somebody used. There was also no laundry bag, which has always been provided during our previous stays. But this part is not that much problem at all for us. Unfortunately, we found a lot of food left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. This is especially disappointing and disgusting because the exact same thing happened during one of our previous visits. It seems like the housekeeping staff would benefit from using a detailed cleaning checklist for every room. That would help ensure important tasks aren’t overlooked before the next guests arrive. While we enjoy staying here, these repeated housekeeping issues are not acceptable and need more attention.

Seriously some of the nicest and kindest staff we’ve ever encountered. Southern hospitality is real here.
