AC Hotel By Marriott Greenville

Room was clean and things were fine, but just fine. The check in staff were ok, but not terribly welcoming or friendly. The room decor is very minimalist and sparse if that’s your vibe, but we knew that from the photos. We were put in a room in the 2nd floor facing the street. The car and motorcycle noise was so loud and continuous, practically unbearable until 10:30 at night. I assume rooms on the higher floors are better, but I had to request earplugs in order to sleep. We had a last minute booking traveling through town and booked on Expedia, so no big deal. One night. But, wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Had a lot of problems with the HVAC not working. Shower leaking on the floor.

Had trouble with plumbing after check in but the staff quickly moved our room and upgraded to a larger room at no extra charge. Staff and hotel were great!

Very nice, clean, and mostly quiet hotel. Given the proximity to Main Street, there is some outdoor noise if you are facing the street, but not bad at all. We would stay again.

We were in town for bridal dress shopping and we stayed at the hotel and we loved it. They were incredibly kind to me my mom and my fiancé and I cannot wait to stay there again some other time.

Close to the city center and concert hall

Not great, not bad. Your normal basic hotel. Biggest annoyance was none of the water stations working on any floor.

I loved my stay. I ran out of money, otherwise I'd still be there.

Perfect place to stay while attending the Arts Festival. Front desk and restaurant staff were great! Helpful and very kind. I really liked having a room overlooking the street. Getting there! GPS couldn't navigate because of the road closures. Not the fault of the hotel, of course. It would have been helpful to have a simple navigation map showing an alternative route though.

Great hotel, and excellent location Just like all the hotels in the area, they jack up the prices whenever there is a special event in town.

Great location! also restaurant had a nice outdoor area. Grateful for complimentary coffee in the morning. Rooms were large with big windows.

The service was impeccable from the valet to the room. Ate on the premise. Used the fitness facility. And wandered the beautiful town. Really nothing comes to mind.
