Everything is great the people of the front desk are amazing. However I cannot figure out why the cleaning ladies knock on the door at 9:00 asking for towels?? Most people don't even shower until they're about to leave a check out. Then she gives attitude for no good reason when you tell her that you don't have towels yet that are dirty. They seem to be doing some renovations to the rooms. Leave the guest alone and let them rest and sleep that's what they are there for! Nobody should be knocking on the door talking about check out until at least 10:30

We booked based on beautiful photos showing a well-maintained inn, attractive grounds, a clean pool, and inviting amenities. What we encountered was profoundly different. Our room showed serious neglect. The carpet was damp, sticky, stained with paint, and unpleasant to walk on. The bathroom floor was sticky, the tub had a visible dirt ring, and the fixtures were badly rusted. There was drywall/plaster dust in the corners, damaged furnishings with ripped upholstery, and a bathroom door that appeared to have been broken or kicked in and never properly repaired. Overall, the room simply did not appear to have received the thorough cleaning or maintenance one should reasonably expect from a hotel. The pool was an alarming shade of green and so cloudy that we could not see the bottom steps. We would not have considered entering it. We were also surprised to learn that the breakfast buffet pictured online has apparently not operated since the COVID era, yet photographs of it remain part of the property’s presentation. There were a few positives: the bed was comfortable, the sheets appeared clean, the door locked securely, and we did not see any bugs. However, the overall condition concerned us enough that we left most of our luggage in our vehicle overnight. This property may once have looked like the photographs being used to advertise it, but that was not the property we experienced. The current conditi

This place needs new housekeeping and groundskeepers it needs some soap and water it is absolutely filthy

When I first started staying here it was actually okay. This place needs new housekeepers and groundskeepers. There was chicken legs that were green fuzzy molded inside of the microwave when I went to put my leftover dinner in to warm it up. The carpet stinks and the place looks like it's been wiped at instead of cleaning. I may discontinue my stays here for a while and see if they can't get this place clean it is filthy

Really like this place.

No batteries in TV remote. Smoke detector on floor with no batteries. Dead spiders in bathroom. We were on the back side which was not maintained. The front part looked better than the back part. AC worked well, thankful for that.

#2 no idea what the wifi password was for the wifi. #3 Killed 3 cockroaches in my room and saw 3 more. #4 tub, toilet, walls, door were all dirty. The door looked as if it was kicked in before. Maybe a blood stain 2 foot from the door on the carpet. #5 house keeping felt it ok to knock on my door at 9am something to tell me check out is at 11am. ( i work nights for my job) Also asked if I had dirty towels. This is a $60 a night hotel not a $150 a night.
