Customer service and employee greetings were very noticeable from all we encountered. Only 1 night stay but very pleasant!

Decorated nicely. Rooms were very nice and up-to-date. Very clean. Hotel in a safe area and I felt safe. That was a big deal for my sister and I we were only there one night but it was a good night.

Check in was smooth and the front desk employee was friendly and professional. Our stay was 3 nights and we were greeting each time when entering. Breakfast had good choices and area was very clean. Attendant was visible. Room was clean and bathroom clean and stocked.

The location was great. The first room we were given was dirty. Still had the dirty towels and unmade bed from the night before. It had not been cleaned. We requested a new room and was given one that had been cleaned. Although I did wonder if the sheets were clean because they did not smell fresh.

I was there 3night and No room attendant (service) to my room for claer...common men that is BIG SURPRISE FOR MY experience。。。

We had a comfortable and excellent stay. It felt very homey because the staff were courteous, approachable, and attentive to our needs. Breakfast during weekdays is at 6:30 am to 9:30 am. We came down around 9:15 am and around past 9:30 am, when the lady was getting ready to close the breakfast counter, she asked us if we still need anything at the breakfast bar before she closes the bar. It was so thoughtful and attentive and we appreciated it a lot! Kudos to your staff---friendly, made eye contact, and just overall hospitable.
