The hotel is great. The rooms are a decent size. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. The little kitchen is nice full refrigerator, stove top, microwave, cabinets to store snacks. The staff are nice and helpful if you ask a question. The pool is open until 10pm which is nice.

Our hands were tied with them holding funds on our credit card and our rigorous softball schedule didn’t leave time to relocate and move our belongings. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced in this area and will never return. Inna the manager needs to learn how to speak to people and to apologize when there is a calm and concerned complaint. Very disappointed.

Don’t use it but it has a pool and breakfast offered Since we were having issues with our room and didn’t get to bed till well after 11:30-12 we didn’t make it to breakfast sadly They didn’t have my room available I ordered online and paid for . I got a room with one less bed for a family of 5. The fire sprinkler was leaking in the one bed and the desk person said it was fine and she could bring me extra blankets to soak up the water . They didn’t have any blankets I. The room for the pull out couch had to go get them myself from the desk. There was left over food left in the room. I kept asking to love room they said they didn’t have any . They shouldn’t have gave my room away in order online it was paid for already . I use to work for a hotel that’s not allowed . It was late like 9:45-10 and we have been driving all day just wanted to get the kids to beds I had 4 kids with me ages 7,8,9 and 10 and just me (mom) I would have moved hotels but didn’t have to funds to do it . The door to the room hits the bed so you have to shut it to be able to move around

Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I absolutely loved staying here. It's like a home from home. Beautiful and clean, nice and quiet. Great Breakfast and facilities. The room is spacious, everything you need and a bath. What's not to like. I'm definitely staying here again next year as in my opinion the rooms are much better than the Marriot and that was double the price without breakfast. It's a 10 from me. See you next year. Nothing.

The kitchen for continental breakfast was very poorly stocked.

Stayed here with my toddler. Best value in the area. Free hot breakfast, the rooms have everything you need for a few days, a week, or a month, the staff is very friendly, the property is well-kept and well-secured. They have king and queen and every room comes with an additional pullout couch which is super useful. Swimming pool for something to do. It’s close to everything and very easy access to the highway. My only small gripe is the TV system is outdated (it’s probably a 15 year old flatscreen that just picks up digital channels), but there are a lot of channels and you can always just bring a laptop and HDMI or a fire stick or something. I’d guess you would get a worse experience at most hotels charging double or triple what this one does.

Room was not fully inspected and found a crack pipe where my kids slept under the pull out couch.

Very clean. Helpful staff!

It was just ok. For a smoke free hotel this was right for cigarettes but I had pot smoke in the hallway come under my door. So I had asthma issues. I did tell the front desk but it was brushed off

Our room had an odor and that made us question the cleanliness.
