Hotel Casa Pavesi

Erica, Arianna and Ginda were phenomenal hosts. They added significantly to the ambience of their beautiful B&B. The proximity to our favorite Hills town is perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the view from our balcony and the breakfast room were breathtaking. Greeting is perfect.

The staff was exceptional .They went out of their way to make reservations and tell us about the area. They made us feel welcomed and they took pride in their hotel and area. Nothing. Everything was fabulous. There is no restaurant at the hotel but many in the area if you have a car.

What a gem! So unexpected to have such a charming and well appointed small hotel in a beautiful small village. The attention to detail was outstanding. Our hosts, Erika and Giada and the staff were delightful. Nothing.

The location was perfect and the breakfasts were as well.

The hotel has a special location with pleasant atmosphere and nothing was a problem, Erika and Giada helped with all the issues, breakfast was delicious, local ham, variety of fruits, nuts, home made cake, etc. The room was spacious, with great views, and fine design, beds comfy with anatomical pillows. everything was great

Beautiful property, all rooms are different from each other and very characteristic. Lovely outdoor terrace and garden that is perfect for summer! We will definitely be coming back

Magnificently decorated and furnished hotel. Comfortable bedrooms and relaxing areas. Delicious breakfast overlooking the vineyards. Teas and coffee available for self-service 24/24. Very warm welcome from the managers. An excellent wine bar and resaturant in the castle a few minutes walk away and an amazing steak restaurant about 10 mins walk away.

Wonderful country hotel in the Langhe, with location convenient to all the major villages.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was its location. The views are great, it is in the centre of the wine region and there is a historic site with a Michelin restaurant nearby. This is the first time we have ever experienced a 4 star hotel not having staff. All the service was performed by 1 (!!!) person who is the chef of the restaurant. What kind of service can there be?! The door jamb was falling off in the room, the toilet was leaking, the heating could not be adjusted, etc. We have no complaints to this poor man, but he just did not have time to do anything, and he was extra tired. Exorbitant fees with no service. In short, I do not recommend anyone to use this hotel!!!

nothing I travel a lot and this was absolutely the worst experience I have had. Proprietor going through personal stuff so no breakfast, rooms not made up and when our friends mentioned issues with noise in their room the staff became rude and aggressive. We had had to leave that evening and find alternative accommodation. Also, booking.com gave no assistance whatsoever and took ages to process a partial refund (refusing any kind of compensation for the appalling experience). Since then have not responded to my request for a copy of their formal complaints procedure.

Breakfast was exceptional! Quality and choice of food really showcased the best of Italy and the region. Location is also great, Grinzane Cavour is a lovely little village and the property is very pretty. Some of the en-suite toilets are a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade.
