The staff was EXTREEMLY helpful. My rental car broke down and the reception desk woman, Lucita, went above and beyond to help me. Her English was very good and she spent at least 3 hours on the phone in ITALIAN explaining, advocating for me and arguing with the rental company to provide a replacement vehicle. Because of the language difference I would not have been able to do what she did for me. Also the night watchman was helpful in the situation. Also, the breakfast was exceptionally good. Eggs cooked to order, waiter service at the table and a wide variety of food.

All aspects of the property were very good, especially as we were upgraded to a suite. We were not particularly impressed by the quality of the food at dinner. Also we did not like to be served our breakfast, we much prefer to help ourselves. But this may well have been due to the aftermath of Covid.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. They have a large pool, lots of outdoor seating, entertainment, a poolside bar/coffee shop, beach access, and plenty of parking on site. The breakfast is memorable and plentiful. The restaurant meals were good as well. A/C and shower was good as well. The suite we had was on the ground floor and had a ramp. There isn't much I didn't like except the underground parking was a bit difficult to maneuver.
